I’m Attila 54 years old and fitter than many in their 30s.
Why? Because I know what it takes to stay healthy, strong, and mobile over the long term.
With over 40 years of experience in sports and 12 years of gym‒based coaching, I now help men over 40 reclaim what often gets lost in a stressful daily life:
energy, strength, mobility and true joy in life.
My journey began with football. I was already on the field at age 10, and started strength training at 15.
Later after my active football career I shifted my focus to muscle building, physical fitness, and holistic health.
Today, I train men who are high performers successful in their careers, but who’ve neglected themselves.
I guide them back to balance with my 4‒pillar system.
I live what I teach. And I’ll get you to where you should have been all along.
I sit at a desk all day and spent years trying to get my fitness under control on my own. Gym memberships, home workouts... nothing really worked long‒term.
My goal?
Sure, to lose some weight. But more importantly: to get back in shape, regain my energy, and build a strong foundation for the years ahead without becoming dependent on a trainer.
What I needed wasn’t another subscription. I needed a plan. An expert. And that’s exactly what I found with Attila.
