General Principles
3.1 What Data We Collect and From Whom

Primarily, we process personal data that you provide to us or that we collect during the operation of our website. In some cases, we may receive personal data about you from third parties. These may include the following categories:

Personal details (name, address, date of birth, etc.)
Contact information (mobile number, email address, etc.)
Financial information (e.g., account details)
Online identifiers (e.g., cookie ID, IP addresses)
Location and traffic data
Audio and video recordings
Special categories of data (e.g., biometric data or health-related information)

3.2 Under What Conditions We Process Your Data

We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the purposes defined in this privacy policy. We ensure transparent and proportionate processing.

If, in exceptional cases, we are unable to comply with these principles, the data processing may still be lawful due to a justification. Justifications may include:

Your consent
The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
Our legitimate interests, provided your interests do not outweigh them

3.3 How You Can Withdraw Your Consent

If you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we process your data within the scope of that consent unless we have another legal basis.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the address listed in the legal notice. Any processing that has already occurred remains unaffected.

3.4 In What Cases We May Share Your Data with Third Parties

a. General Principle

We may rely on third-party providers or affiliated companies to process your data (known as processors). Categories of recipients include:

Accounting, fiduciary, and auditing firms

Consulting firms (legal, tax, etc.)

IT service providers (web hosting, support, cloud services, web design, etc.)

Payment service providers

Providers of tracking, conversion, and advertising services

We ensure that these third parties and our affiliates comply with data protection requirements and treat your personal data confidentially.

In some cases, we may also be required to disclose your personal data to authorities.

b. Visiting Our Social Media Channels

We may include links to our social media channels on our website, typically identifiable via corresponding icons. Clicking on these icons will direct you to our social media pages.

In this case, social media providers will know that you accessed their platform via our website. These providers may use the collected data for their own purposes. We have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how it is used by the providers.

c. Data Transfers Abroad

In the context of processing, your personal data may be transferred to companies abroad. These companies are bound to the same data protection obligations as we are. Transfers may take place globally.

If the level of data protection does not correspond to Swiss standards, we conduct a prior risk assessment and contractually ensure equivalent protection (e.g., using the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally required measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we implement additional technical measures to protect your data. You can access the EU Standard Contractual Clauses here: https://commission.europa.eu/publications/standard-contractual-clauses-controllers-and-processors-eueea_en

3.5 How Long We Retain Your Data

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Data collected during your visit to our website is retained for twelve months. An exception applies to analytics and tracking data, which may be retained longer.

We retain contract-related data longer due to legal obligations. We must keep business communications, signed contracts, and booking records for up to 10 years. If such data is no longer needed for service delivery, it will be blocked and used solely for accounting and tax purposes.

This is not the entire Data Privacy. The entire Data Privacy is only available in german. Please see the entire Data Privacy here: https://attilapersonaltraining.ch/datenschutz
